Welcome to Lokesh Car Rental. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Agreement

The rental agreement will be effective when you sign the contract and complete the required payment.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. A valid driver's license is required for all drivers.

3. Vehicle Usage

The rental vehicle should be used for legal purposes only. The vehicle must not be driven off-road, and any damage caused by improper use will be the responsibility of the renter.

4. Fuel Policy

Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Additional fuel charges will apply if the fuel tank is not full upon return.

5. Insurance

Renter is responsible for purchasing insurance, either from Lokesh Car Rental or through their own provider. Insurance coverage varies based on the vehicle type.

6. Late Return

Late return of the rental vehicle may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a delay.

7. Security Deposit

A security deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle without damage.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the rental period begins for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this period.

9. Liability

Lokesh Car Rental is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the rental period. Renters must ensure they comply with all local driving laws.
